STORY :
Bhola Prasad Tripathi (Arshad Warsi) is a rascal living in the northern piece of the nation and he weds an aggregate of multiple times just to live off the cash of his spouses.

Hailing from North India, Bhola is a prepared swindler who figures out how to wed 13 unique ladies, just so he could live-off their cash, without working for his own self. The film, off color, decreases ladies to simple articles; where they are frequently projected as idiotic and sex-denied individuals in this silly satire. An entertainer of Arshad Warsi's type should presumably not highlight in a backward film like this.
The story crashes directly toward the start and never refocuses. The women are, similar to it's been referenced previously, outright props in the film, displayed in the absolute most offensive way. Despite the fact that Arshad Warsi is entertaining as usual, however with a dreary storyline close by, even he can't save the calamity that is 'Misrepresentation Saiyaan'.
